Return Window - 7 Days

You can place a return request within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

Returns are accepted only for eligible products and must meet our hygiene and condition guidelines.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged.

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Panties / Briefs

• Combo sets that include panties

• Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”

Due to hygiene standards, panties cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, even if the package is unopened.

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

5-Day Replacement (Size & Color Only)

If you need a different size or color for an eligible item (excluding panties), you may request a replacement within 5 days of delivery.

Replacements are subject to:

• Product availability

• Condition of the returned item

If the requested size or color is not available, the item will be refunded as per our refund policy.

Conditions for Return or Replacement

An item is eligible for return or replacement only if:

• It is unworn and unwashed

• All original tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact

• It is returned in its original packaging

• It is free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage

Refund Timelines

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after the item passes the quality check.

COD Orders

Refunds will be processed via:

• Bank transfer, or

• Store credit (if preferred)

When Returns Cannot Be Processed

A return or replacement request may be rejected if:

• It is raised after 7 days from delivery

• The item is worn, washed, damaged, or used

• Tags or hygiene stickers are missing

• It belongs to the non-returnable category (panties / combo sets including panties)
