Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Delivery time depends on your pincode and courier serviceability:

• Minimum delivery time: 2 days

• Maximum delivery time: 10 days

Delivery attempts are usually made Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders and a charge of Rs 80 on COD across India.

Delivery Responsibility

To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following:

• We are not responsible if someone else accepts the parcel at your delivery address.

• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered during checkout.

• Once the product is delivered in good condition, Maroon cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs afterward.

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

Damaged, Tampered, or Open Packaging

If your package appears damaged, tampered, or opened at the time of delivery:

Please refuse to accept the order.

After refusing the delivery, email us at info@maroon-india.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the package (if possible)

We will arrange a replacement once the returned parcel reaches us.

Missing or Wrong Item Received

Although this is extremely rare, if you receive:

• A wrong product

• A missing item

• An order mismatch

Please contact us immediately at info@maroon-india.com with photos and order details.
We will resolve it on priority.

Return & Replacement Policy (Shipping-Related Notes)

• Returns: Accepted within 7 days (for eligible products only).

• Replacements: Allowed within 5 days for size and color changes.

• Panties and combo sets: NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REPLACEABLE for hygiene reasons.

Undeliverable Orders

If a courier partner is unable to deliver your order:

• Prepaid orders: Full refund will be issued

• COD orders: You will not be charged

International Shipping

At the moment, Maroon does not offer international shipping.
Orders can only be delivered within India.
